Information we collect
Reply All Studio (“we”, “us”) receives the name and work email you enter in our contact form, plus any company name or message you choose to provide. We also receive information in your subsequent correspondence with us. Please leave sensitive personal information and confidential customer records out of an initial inquiry.
Our hosting provider processes technical request information, such as IP address, browser information, requested pages and timestamps, to deliver and protect the website. The form uses a submission reference to help manage sending attempts. It does not create an account or store your inquiry in browser storage.
How we use it
We use inquiry information to respond, understand your needs and discuss a possible engagement. We use technical information to operate the site, troubleshoot problems and prevent abuse. We may also retain information to meet legal obligations or handle a dispute. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a mailing list. We use Google Analytics to understand website use and measure important actions, such as a successful inquiry.
Where a legal basis is required, these uses support our legitimate interests in responding to business inquiries and maintaining a secure website, steps you request before entering a contract, or compliance with a legal obligation, as applicable.
Who receives it
Our website is hosted by Vercel. Form inquiries pass through AgentMail to our business email inbox. These providers and the provider of that inbox process information to host the site, deliver messages and store correspondence. The form’s email contains your submitted details; it does not include your IP address or browser information.
Appointment booking is provided by Google Calendar. When you open the booking page, your browser connects to Google. Booking details you submit are processed by Google and shared with the appointment organizer so we can arrange and prepare for the meeting. Google’s handling of data is described in its privacy policy.
When analytics is enabled, Google receives website usage information as our analytics provider. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
We may disclose information when legally required or reasonably necessary to protect rights and address abuse. Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Their locations and retention practices can differ from yours. Contact us for information about the providers handling your inquiry.
Cookies and tracking
Google Analytics 4 is enabled by default to help us understand where visitors come from and how they use our website. You can turn it off for this browser using the control below. An existing choice to reject analytics is respected. Turning analytics off leaves the website and contact form available. Advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalization remain disabled.
When enabled, Analytics uses cookies and pseudonymous identifiers to measure pages viewed, device and browser information, approximate geographic area and interactions with the site. Google processes technical information, including your IP address, when receiving requests. We measure selected calls to action and record a lead only after our server confirms a successful contact form submission.
We do not send contact names, email addresses, company names, messages or other form entries to Analytics. Our events use fixed labels, page addresses without query strings or fragments, and only the originating domain of a referring page. We do not enable Google advertising features, sell inquiry information or share it for targeted advertising.
We save an explicit analytics preference in browser storage where available. Turning analytics off stops future collection from this browser and removes our Analytics cookies where accessible. The page may reload to complete the change. This does not delete information already received by Google. If your browser prevents us from saving the preference, it applies to the current page only. Clearing browser storage or using another browser may enable analytics again.
Fonts and images are served with the website. Browser privacy tools and content blockers may also prevent analytics from loading.
The embedded Google booking calendar may use cookies or similar technologies under Google’s own policies and your Google settings. Links to other websites also take you to services with their own privacy practices.
Retention and security
We retain correspondence as needed to handle your inquiry and any resulting relationship, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes. Relevant factors include whether a conversation is active, whether a record supports an agreement and whether a legal retention requirement applies. Email copies, backups and technical logs also follow provider settings and retention rules.
The public website and email-delivery connection use encryption in transit. No website or email system can guarantee complete security.
Your choices and rights
Email hello@replyall.studio to ask about your information, request access, correction or deletion, or stop inquiry follow-ups. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, withdraw consent where processing relies on it, or complain to a data protection authority.
We may need to verify your identity before acting and will explain if a legal exception limits a request. Exercising a privacy right will not result in discriminatory treatment.
This site is intended for business professionals. If a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can address it.
